It gives me immense pleasure to see Annapurna Memorial College of Education through B.Ed. programme aims at developing a new educational system based on a synthesis of traditional values and modernity to ensure development of strong moral character, personality and healthy mental attitude along with excellence in academic pursuits. My College of Education today boasts of a specious campus and qualified teachers. My College also always emphasis on fostering self-confidence and inculcating the right values, so that our students can develop as competent and responsible teachers. From seminars to debates to cultural events, there is a continual buzz around AMCE. The college also stands for a high sence of values. The faculty members continually follow the development and performance of each student in class and Mid-term examinations. Teaching is a profession, a strenuous effort and pleasure of giving. It is a life to which one must give oneself wholly and entirely. It is a process of individual redemption and in it lies the redemption of the society. Students imbibe not merely the faculty of reasoning and analysis but more significantly, subtly and unconsciously the ethics, ideas, code of living from the teacher. The teacher transfers his own joy and satisfaction to the students. Each student is a challenge to a competent teacher and even if one among a thousand fulfils his promise, his joy is beyond measure.
